Upping the Service Standard

In an initiative that added tremendous value, DIMO distributed complementary service kits to 25 dealers to enhance the service levels and ensure its uniformity across the dealer network. The dealers received their kits at the hands of Mr. Sagar Bhadkamkar, Country Head, Sri Lanka, M&M Ltd.

It was a comprehensive kit that included the critical special tool, wall chart and hard copy of the parts catalogue and training material for Yuvo, torque wrench and filler gauge and technicians’ overalls.

In addition to the service kit, a half day training programme on Yuvo’s maintenance was also conducted for the dealers.
