To motivate and keep up the momentum of business, a sales representatives’ engagement program was rolled out by Mahindra’s distributors, Rancon and Karnaphuli, in the latter half of September 2021, just before peak business season. This sales representatives’ engagement program was organised in different regions. The meets were inaugurated by an eminent local personality and hosted by a spirited emcee. During these events, in-depth presentations were made on product features by the Bangladesh Country Team, seasonal schemes were discussed, videos on brand Mahindra were shown and top performing sales representatives were rewarded. Rancon covered the Rajshahi, Naogaon, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Rangpur regions on 23rd, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th September 2021 respectively. On the other hand, Karnaphuli conducted the meets in the Barisal, Jashore, Chuadanga and Faridpur areas on 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th September 2021 respectively. More meets are being planned for the month of October. The meets were well-attended and got the sales representatives geared up for the coming months.
