ට්රැක්ටර් 595 ක් ප්රදර්ශනය කිරීම සහ උත්සව සමය අතරතුර විශාල ප්රවර්ධන ව්යාපාරයක් ආරම්භකිරීම හරහා DIMO Agri (ඩිමෝ ඇග්රි) විසින් මහින්ද්රා ට්රැක්ටර්ස් වෙළඳපල තල්ලුවක් ලබාදුණි. ප්රවර්ධනය තුළින් ගොවීන් අතර ට්රැක්ටර් පිළිබඳව උද්යෝගය ඉහළ නැංවුණි. සෑම අයෙක්ම අතිශය සර්වශුභවාදි බවට පත්කළ කර්මාන්තයේ වර්ධනයෙහි ප්රවර්තන ඉහළ නැඟීම සඳහා ප්රාග්ධනය සැපයීම පිණිස DIMO (ඩිමෝ) විසින් කැප වූ උත්සාහයක් දරන ලදී.

විශේෂඥ ට්රැක්ටර් පෙළක් වන YUVO දැවැන්ත පරිමාණයෙන් ශ්රී ලංකාවට හඳුන්වා දෙන ලද්දේ මහින්ද්රා විසිනි. අශ්වබල 30-45 කාණ්ඩ පරාසයක විශිෂ්ටතම තාක්ෂණයෙන් යුක්ත ට්රැක්ටර්, වැඩි ආවරණ පථයක්, වේගවත් මෙහෙයුම් සහ වඩා හොඳ සේවාවක් ලබා දීමට ප්රතිඥා ලබාදෙයි. දියත්කිරීම අතරතුර, මහින්ද්රා නියෝජනය කරනු ලබන විශාලතම ට්රැක්ටර් ප්රදර්ශනාගාරය වන DIMO හි ප්රධානතම බෙදාහරින්නන් 10 දෙනා සහ ප්රධාන ගණුදෙනුකරුවන් ඒ සඳහා සහභාගි වූහ.

DIMO (ඩිමෝ) කළමනාකරණ අධ්යක්ෂ චන්න මහතා අදහස් දක්වමින් “ පසුගිය දශක දෙකක කාලය තුළ මහින්ද්රා ට්රැක්ටර් සමඟින් එකට එක්ව අපි අපගේ ජාතියෙහි මුල්බැසගත් ගොවිතැන් සම්ප්රදායන් තව දුරටත් ගොඩ නැංවිම පිණිස කෘෂි විසඳුම් සපයා දෙමින් ඉඳලා තියෙනවා, මෙම නව ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සමඟින් වඩා හොඳ නිමැවුමක් සහ වැඩි ආදායමක් සමඟින් නවීකරණය කරන ලද ගොවිතැන් විසඳුම් සැපයීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඉදිරි පියවරක් තැබීමට අපේක්ෂා කරනවා” යනුවෙන් පැවසීය.

ඩිමෝ විසින් අතිමහත් වටිනාකමක් එකතු කරන ලද වැඩසටහනක් තුළ සේවා සැපයුම් මට්ටම ඉහළ නැංවීම සඳහා මෙන්ම අලෙවි ජාලය හරහා එහි සමරූපීයතාවය සහතික කරලීම පිණිස නියෝජිතයින් 25 දෙනෙකුට අනුපූරක සේවා කට්ටල බෙදාදීම සිදුකරන ලදී. එම් ඇන්ඩ් එම් ලිමිටඩ් ශ්රී ලංකා දේශ ප්රධානි සාගර් භද්කම්කර් මහතා වෙතින් අලෙවි නියෝජිතයන් ස්වකීය කට්ටල ලබා ගත්හ.
ඉතා වැදගත් විශේෂිත මෙවලමක්, බිත්ති සටහනක් සහ කොටස්වල නාමාවලියේ දෘඪ පිටපත සහ Yuvo සඳහා පුහුණු ද්රව්යය, ව්යවර්ථ රෙංචිය , යතුරු පුවරුව හා පිරවුම් පරිමාණය සහ කාර්මික ශිල්පින්ගේ උඩුකබායන් එයට ඇතුළත් විය. සේවා කට්ටලයට අමතරව Yuvo සමාගමේ නඩත්තුව පිළිබඳ දින අර්ධයක පුහුණු වැඩසටහන ද අලෙවි නියෝජිතයන් සඳහා පවත්වන ලදී.

বাংলাদেশে, কার্যক্রমের স্তর অসাধারণ ছিল। গ্রাহক নিয়োজন অনুষ্ঠানগুলি থেকে, সার্ভিস ক্যাম্প থেকে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রোগ্রাম, সকল প্রচেষ্টাগুলি দেশের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশকে আচ্ছাদিত করে এবং মাহিন্দ্রা ট্র্যাক্টরের উপর আস্থাকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করে। ২২টি গ্রাহক সাক্ষাৎ এবং ২০টি জেলা জুড়ে ৪০টিরও বেশি রোড শো কৃষকদের সাথে নিবিঢ়ভাবে যোগাযোগ প্রদান করেছে। এই ব্যাপক উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে প্রায় 5000 গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছানো গেছে। বাংলাদেশে মাহিন্দ্রার ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর অংশীদার, কর্ণফুলী দ্বারা ৯টি প্রধান জেলা জুড়ে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা সহ বিনামূল্যে সার্ভিস ক্যাম্প আয়োজিত হয়। এই প্রচেষ্টাটি সফল হয়েছিল কারণ এতে করে ৩৪০ জনেরও বেশি অংশগ্রহণকারীর কাছে পৌঁছানো গেছে। ৮টি প্রধান জেলা জুড়ে ১০০ জন মেকানিক এবং ১৪০ জন ড্রাইভারকে বিশেষ ট্র্যাক্টর প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হয়েছে যা তাদের দক্ষতাকে উন্নত করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করেছে।

প্রথমবার, ২রা ও, ৪ঠা ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০১৭, সোসাইটি অফ ইন্ডিয়ান অটোমোবাইল ম্যানুফ্যাকচারার্স (SIAM) ঢাকার আন্তর্জাতিক কনভেনশন সিটি তে ভারত-বাংলা অটো শো আয়োজন করে, যা 'বাংলাদেশে তৈরী পণ্যেরও উন্মোচন করে। এক্সপোতে, মাহিন্দ্রা তার উপস্থিতি উল্লেখযোগ্য ও আকর্ষণীয়ভাবে তুলে ধরে।
গ্র্যান্ড মাহিন্দ্রা প্যাভিলিয়নে বাংলাদেশে পরিচালিত সকল কার্যক্রম তুলে ধরে, যা তার বিস্তৃত পরিসর প্রদান করা একটি ব্র্যান্ড হিসাবে নিজের অবস্থানকে জোরদার করেছে। প্যাভিলিয়নের বিশেষ কৃষি জোনটিকে, বিশেষভাবে কোম্পানির অবস্থানকে ১ নং ট্র্যাক্টর ব্র্যান্ড হিসাবে প্রতিফলিত করার জন্য ডিজাইন করা হয়েছিল, যেটি মাহিন্দ্রা যুব মডেল এবং সমৃদ্ধি সেন্টারকে প্রদর্শিত করে।
মাহিন্দ্রা গ্রাহক এবং দেশের প্রধান সংবাদপত্র ও বৈদ্যুতিন মাধ্যমের কাছ থেকে অনেক প্রশংসা এবং মনোযোগ আদায় করার সাথে মেলাটি অসামান্য সাফল্য অর্জন করে।

A virtual training session was organised on 8th May 2017 where the team at Mahindra Excellence Centre, Nagpur imparted knowledge on the Mitsubishi GX 3600 to DIMO’s team in Sri Lanka. The session covered all important aspects like product features, general maintenance, FAB and also an in-depth discussion on the tractor.
This valuable session was organised by the IO Customer Care team of Mr. Rohit Chaubal and Mr. Rajesh Mishra, and conducted by the expert, Mr. Bishnu Dharnal, from Mahindra Excellence Centre. It was attended by 32 members of DIMO’s sales and service team.
The session was managed successfully and gave DIMO’s team a greater understanding of the Mitsubishi tractor. As a result, they felt more confident about promoting it in their country.
On 27th June 2017, DIMO took a decisive step in the direction of ensuring that Mahindra tractors are always well taken care of. Mr. Anirudh Barthwal and a team from DIMO organised a training session in Monragala for the local mechanics. The session, held specifically for YUVO 575, was conducted by Mr. Anirudh Barthwal himself. It was an intensive training on installation, critical setting, basic and preventive maintenance and warranty.
One more training session was organised in Monragala in July 2017 for garage technicians, which included preventive maintenance, minor settings on tractor, draft setting with implement, importance of Mahindra genuine parts, referral scheme for new inquiry and queries and their resolution
From July to September 2017, service camps were organised across 12 districts and 40 locations across the island country. During these 40 days, 520 tractors were attended to, free greasing was done for all the tractors and they were thoroughly examined against a 75 point checklist.
For the first time ever, the Sri Lankan Annual Tractor Dealer Conference was held, outside its home country, in Kochi, India. What made the conference held on 6th May 2016 an even more landmark one, was the triple debut of the Mahindra tractors – Arjun Novo series and Yuvo series, and key implements – Gyrovator, Rice Transplanter and Cultivator. The mega launch event which unfolded at JW Mariott was organised in association with key distributor partner, DIMO Pvt. Ltd., from Colombo.
The conference started with a warm traditional welcome followed by the product launch. The new, advanced tractors and implements stand true to the company’s philosophy of providing ‘Sustainable Farm Tech Prosperity’ and meet the market needs perfectly. Hence they sparked the highest level of confidence amongst the dealer fraternity.
The event was attended by more than 80 key dignitaries including dealers and the Mahindra and DIMO teams. Mr. Ranjith Pandithage, Chairman & Managing Director, DIMO; Mr. Sanjay Jadhav, Vice President & Head of International Operations (AFS) – South Asia; Mr. Gahanath Pandithage, CEO, DIMO; Mr. Subodh Arora, Senior GM, Product & Marketing (IO-Tractors); Mr. Madhav Kelkar, GM, Customer Care (IO-Tractors); Mr. Gihan Fernando, Deputy General Manager, Agri Machinery Department – DIMO; Mr. Saji Varghese, Manager, Sales – Sri Lanka, graced the event with their presence.
The event concluded on a celebratory note, with dealer partners being felicitated for their outstanding performance in F ‘16. It was a major success, with channel partners getting highly enthused by the new range of product offerings. This was a sure shot sign of their association with brand Mahindra as well as our distributor partner DIMO Pvt. Ltd. becoming stronger
The range of specialist tractors, YUVO, was introduced in Sri Lanka on an enormous scale by Mahindra. The tractors come with superior technology in the range of 30-45 HP segment and promise to give more coverage, faster operations and better quality of work. During their launch, Top 10 dealers and key customers of their distributor, DIMO, were in attendance at the biggest ever tractor showcase by Mahindra.
It generated a lot of interest as it was one of the most impressive launches in recent times, and the second significant debut within a year by a Mahindra tractor after Arjun NOVO. The event included a product demonstration along with delivery of the new tractor to 10 key customers. Speaking at the event, Mr. Sanjay Jadhav, Vice President, Head of International Operations – AFS (South Asia), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said “Mahindra envisions becoming the pioneer in providing technology driven agri specialist solutions to farmers across the world and enabling them to Rise to a prosperous tomorrow. The launch of the versatile Mahindra YUVO in Sri Lanka is a step in this direction.”
Mr. Channa, MD, DIMO said, “Over the last two decades together with Mahindra Tractors we have been offering agri solutions to further build our nation’s deep-rooted farming traditions. With this new offering, we aim to take a leap in providing modernized farming solutions, with better output and more income.”
In an initiative that added tremendous value, DIMO distributed complementary service kits to 25 dealers to enhance the service levels and ensure its uniformity across the dealer network. The dealers received their kits at the hands of Mr. Sagar Bhadkamkar, Country Head, Sri Lanka, M&M Ltd.
It was a comprehensive kit that included the critical special tool, wall chart and hard copy of the parts catalogue and training material for Yuvo, torque wrench and filler gauge and technicians’ overalls.
In addition to the service kit, a half day training programme on Yuvo’s maintenance was also conducted for the dealers.
