THE POWERFUL, HIGH DISPLACEMENT, HIGH TORQUE ENGINE

These direct injection, four cylinder engines with rated rpm at 1900 rpm (2100 rated rpm in 595 DI), provide excellent torque characteristics, fuel efficiency and durability. The unique LLA technology employed in these engines optimally regulate the fuel injection according to changing load and rpm giving high fuel savings. The smooth running diesel engine with lower rated rpm means less wear and tear for longer engine life. The engine provides highest rated torque in its category, delivering an abundant supply of power while tilling with heavy implements or pulling loaded trailers up steep hills. These engines also produce cleaner emissions & conforms to BS IIIA norms.

HEAVY DUTY FRONT AXLE

Made of heavy-duty steel, the new design “Bow type” front axles are employed for added stability and control.Comfortable ride is ensured by providing sufficient axle oscillation that allows the tractor to counter uneven terrain. With a tight steering angle, getting in and out of out of confined areas is easy.These tractors are also available with Hydrostatic (Power) steering that would reduce the steering efforts considerably.

HEAVY DUTY TRANSMISSION

The heavy duty transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse speeds is extremely easy to operate. Designed to match the impressive power and torque characteristics of the engine, the transmission incorporates very wide gears offering great strength. These transmissions are designed to be extremely efficient, with most of the engine HP available at the axles. This ensures that the tractor delivers high levels of Drawbar Power, higher productivity with minimal slippage making them ideal for draft applications such as deep puddling, cultivation and harrowing.

HIGH LIFT HYDRAULICS

The live powerful hydraulics boasts a maximum lift capacity as high as 1650 Kgs. in 595 DI to handle the heaviest of implements. These tractors employ heavy and sturdy 3-Point Linkage to ensure stability and safety. The standard draft control feature adds to the ease of operation when using ground engaging implements.

COMFORTABLE OPERATOR PLATFORM & CONTROLS

The low effort diaphragm clutch is a simple, reliable unit designed for long lasting performance and smooth engagements. Dual clutch provided as an option, is available on 475DI, 575DI & 595DI and offers a reverse live PTO. A fully enclosed & sealed housing with large sized multiple discs are used in brakes on either side, so that a large frictional area is available for efficient braking of these tractors, even while hauling large loads. These tractors are available with oil cooled brakes (wet discs brakes) which keeps the discs cool resulting in much longer disc life. These tractors with the long clutch housing offer a very wide passage that makes entry and exit very easy. All control levers are ergonomically placed and the hydraulics levers have been raised for an easy access. The uncluttered, comfortable & roomy operator area facilitates long hours of driving.
