ONLINE ENGAGEMENT MADE MORE FUN

DIMO launched a brand new online infotainment experience, ‘DIMO Ovita with Mahindra Tractors’, to improve the engagement with its target audience during the pandemic and offer them a chance to win fabulous gifts. The first live show of ‘DIMO Ovita with Mahindra Tractors’ was broadcasted simultaneously on Mahindra Tractors by DIMO and DIMO Lanka Facebook pages. The show was hosted by popular comedians Podi Malli and Chooti Malli. This live show also featured famous entertainers like Shanudrie Priyasad, Ratta and many more who have become household names in Sri Lanka. The show’s main aim was to launch the two special offers for the Yala season and receive maximum traction online with a post-event boosting plan to reach the target audience. During the opening session of the live event, Podi Malli and Chooti Malli created awareness about the event and encouraged the digital audience to keep in touch throughout the day, by informing them about what they would get in return. Further, the duo educated the audience about the technical aspects of Mahindra tractors with the help of an expert. DIMO plans to establish this as a recurring online property during the Yala and Maha seasons to engage with their target audience in an interesting manner.
