As the learning curve moves upward, knowledge, efficiency and business results improve. Training programs for distributor and dealer teams at regular intervals is one of the definite ways to ensure this happens. The IO team conducted 13 sessions for the distributor and dealer teams of Nepal through the virtual platform ePathshala. Spread over a period of 13 days, the trainings involved 1140 man hours. 570 participants benefitted from this in-depth training program, during which they got to know more about Jivo 245, Yuvo, Novo and Swaraj FE & 4WD models. In addition, the topics covered included warranty guidelines and process, spare parts and inventory management as well as an overview on farm machinery. How operations would resume post the lockdown due to Covid-19 was also discussed and concerns relating to the same were addressed. The training was concluded successfully with the participants feeling confident and positive. Agni Group, Mahindra’s authorised distributor, kept the brand visibility high with strategically planned and promoted social media posts. The roll out included posts on Yuvo, their initiative to extend the warranty period in light of the ongoing crisis and #UnsungHeroes, a heart-warming campaign celebrating the indomitable spirit of Covid-19 frontline workers. In a time when outdoor movement is restricted, online activities have kept the brand relevant and the connect intact.
